Munira Jiwa is the first Certified SFQ Instructor in Canada. She is also a Certified Feng Shui Consultant, and has a BScPT (Physical Therapy). She suffered from chronic neck and back pain, and post partum depression prior to being introduced to SFQ in 2006. She was so profoundly affected by this practice, that she has now dedicated her life journey to teaching and sharing SFQ and the teachings of Master Chunyi Lin, the creator of SFQ.
Spring Forest Qigong classes, practice groups and workshops are regularly offered in Calgary and surrounding areas. Munira can also customize a class based on your group needs.
